Oyster Elopement package has been designed to put you at ease from day one. With this tailored
experience, we will help you create an unforgettable day with a celebration focused only on you. Our
elopement package includes two nights at our beautiful Paddocks newlywed cottage, a choice of elegant
private dining options, and an hour with a talented local photographer to capture your magical
day.

While some couples want to start their life together with a big party, others prefer to start their new
chapter in a more intimate way. If you are drawn to the wild Atlantic Ocean and wish to elope to the
coast, look no further than our bespoke Oyster Elopement experience.

The Kave’s ambience and romantic lighting make it the perfect location for an elopement. We are a fully licenced wedding venue which means you may choose to exchange vows outside in our clifftop gazebo or our Ocean View Courtyard. We have a wealth of experience hosting elopement weddings, so we can help you choose your dream location within the grounds.

The Paddocks cottage is a wonderful place to start your married life. Our elopement package includes 2 complimentary nights with the option to extend your stay.
The joy of being in one place means that make-up artists, hairdressers and any other suppliers are able to come to you on the morning without the stress of leaving the venue.

Private dining options
After the ceremony and romantic couple’s photo shoot, you will have a choice of an exquisite three-course meal in the privacy of your cottage, alternatively a romantic BBQ in our snuggley sunset BBQ hut or a magical candlelit picnic inside the Ocean Kave. It is possible to invite up to 6 extra guests to join you for the picnic hamper or BBQ experience. Private dining in the cottage is reserved just for the couple.
Just the two of you
The Oyster Elopement experience is usually enjoyed over two days. You are welcome to extend your stay with us in one of our award-winning dog-friendly luxury cottages. We can even arrange some pampering for your pooch with a talented local dog groomer before the ceremony. We have teamed up with a local and trusted Pet Sitting Company who are able to offer dog sitting if you want to enjoy the BBQ hut or have a private photo shoot.

Thinking of extending your stay
If you’d like to extend your stay with us and fully immerse yourself in a Devon coastal honeymoon, we have a selection of romantic coastal cottages to choose from. Perhaps Royal Celerity Cottage could be the perfect place for you, complete with a private hot tub and south facing enclosed garden.
Romantic BBQ Nights
You are able to invite up to 6 guests to join you for a fun and delicious BBQ experience inside our new BBQ hut. Enjoy a delicious selection of locally sourced meats sizzling over the coals. Couples are welcome to bring their own drinks and watch the sun set whilst sizzling their sausages.

Yes, our elopement packages includes 1 hour coverage but you can book extra time directly with the wedding photographer
