Exciting Changes Coming to Ocean Kave in 2026
We’re thrilled to announce some incredible developments coming to Ocean Kave and the Sunset Rooms in 2026! These upgrades will transform our already magical wedding venue into an even more exceptional destination for couples to celebrate their love.
The new plans will allow us to offer residential weddings for small, intimate parties, alongside our cherished ceremony-only and elopement weddings. Couples will soon have the option to exchange vows inside the enchanting Ocean Kave or on the Sunset Terrace, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean as their backdrop.
Why the Closure in 2026?
To ensure a smooth and seamless transformation, we’ve made the decision not to take any wedding bookings while the works are underway. Instead, we’ll focus all our efforts on completing these exciting upgrades, so Ocean Kave can reopen better than ever for the 2027 wedding season. The venue will be completely transformed and this will take up to 8 months to conclude, so unless we have exact dates, we are not going to risk the work coinciding with weddings.
We’ll continue to welcome weddings up until 31st October 2025, after which our build schedule will begin. This is your chance to secure one of the last available dates before the changes, so don’t delay if you’re dreaming of an Ocean Kave wedding!
What’s Coming in 2027?
Once complete, our upgraded offerings will include:
🌅 Ceremony-only weddings for up to 80 guests.
💕 Elopement weddings for intimate celebrations of up to 6 people.
🏡 Residential weddings for couples and up to 12 guests, including luxurious on-site accommodation and celebrations curated by our private chef and wedding professionals.
Planning permission has been secured, and work will begin immediately after the 2025 wedding season concludes. Our new packages have been years in the making, and we’re beyond excited to see them come to life. We will be releasing artists impressions of the new sunset rooms in summer 2025 when we are able to share the fine details.
