The moment we heard that Mike and Ladi had chosen Ocean Kave in Westward Ho! North Devon as their wedding venue we were over the moon! There was such a great chemistry from the very first meeting,we all wanted to make this an incredible wedding that everyone would remember for a very long time.

The lead up to the wedding was full of fun laughter and pulling together ideas which were bespoke to the couple.

The couple chose an amazing wedding photographer Victoria Lamburn   Victoria captured the day to perfection including all the personal touches which the couple had chosen.  Photography was an important part of the day for the couple and one of reason s they chose the venue was because of the stunning private grounds.  Ocean Kave is set within 60 acres of private grounds within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the beautiful North Devon coast. This meant that the couple had access to many private coastal locations for their stunning wedding photos. The venue has recently won the Regional Finals of TWIA (the wedding industry awards) for the Best Countryside Wedding Venue in the South West. September is always a great month for a coastal wedding and the sun was shining.  A close family member had surprised the couple on the day with some gorgeous rainbow coloured umbrellas for the couple and their guests,although the skies were dry,they still made for the most perfect photos!

The whole wedding experience was so relaxed and special,Mike and Ladi had chosen to book all the on-site accommodation at Ocean Kave for their guests,which meant the wedding lasted the whole weekend,this was one big party from start to finish.

It was super important the couple that Mack (their gorgeous cheeky pup) was included in the celebrations,adorned in a brand-new bow tie,he stole the show as the couple made their entrance into the Kave for the ceremony.  From gospel choirs to rum cocktails this wedding had it all,what was so beautiful and special about this wedding was that the couple knew what they wanted from the start and our team was here to work with them and make it happen.
