It was a glorious summer day in June when Jules and Jon took their vows in a beautiful cliff top ceremony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The morning was full of sea mist but as the day progressed the mist began to dissipate and the sky and ocean were adorned in a breath-taking crystal blue hue, the elements all worked harmoniously to create a mesmerising back drop for the couple’s special day.
The bride’s much-loved Labrador Hector played a big part in the wedding celebrations. Dressed in a very smart ceremonial waistcoat, he accompanied his Mum up the altar and had the important role as being the couple’s ring bearer. He took his responsibility very seriously (as much as a soppy black Labrador can) and made this important task an unforgettable wedding memory for his family.
Jules looked fabulous in her stunning floor length dusky pink gown; she paired it with a rustic style hand tied foliage which was perfect. Jon was dapper in his wedding suit and his buttonhole complimented the bride’s bouquet.
After the ceremony the couple & their guests sipped Champagne on the lawn whilst being serenaded by the incredibly talented local vocalist and songwriter Yazzy Chamberlain.
The couple chose Ocean Kave as they love the outdoors and being by the sea, the flexibility of our ceremony only wedding package offered the couple the chance to personalise the ceremony and for the dog to also be a bit part of the wedding. An Ocean Kave ceremony only wedding can be tailored to suit your personal choices, it is a great option for couples wishing for flexible and bespoke experience.
Jon and Jules have the following tips for couples considering an Ocean Kave Elopement wedding –
“Without lots of guests to worry about, you can concentrate on each other and truly enjoy one of the best days of your lives. We recommend having the ceremony videoed, to relive it”.
